8.5" x 11" - Printed Easter Letter on linen-cotton paper and mailed in a linen-cotton envelope.

If ordering more than one letter select the number under the:

Printed pull-down menu - Example (1 letter) is Printed - 1, (2 letters) is Printed - 2, (3 letters) is Printed - 3, etc. Each letter you order will have its own envelope.

****Important if you are ordering the Instant download this does not come with an envelope and nothing is mailed. You are responsible for printing your letter. Please make sure to have your printer set to the highest quality settings to make sure the printed version is professional-looking. In the information box please place Instant Download as it will not let you progress to checkout without this in the Information Box. **********

The letter is filled out, Please place the Child's Name and the address you would like the letter sent to in the Event Details box. If you need a different design, size, or color place the information in the Event Box and I will contact you.

Please order early as Design time can take up to 1 week, If you need a rush shipping - please contact me to ask about rush times and fees.

After your order is approved I will design a proof or proofs for the envelope address for your approval. The proof or proofs are sent to the email address you checkout with so please make sure you have access to this email address and that you have added invitesanddelites@comcast.net to your email address book to prevent any emails from going into your spam folder or being blocked. I will make up to 3 complimentary changes to your original digital proof. 

Printed letters will be printed on high-quality linen-cotton paper for that authentic Easter Bunny feel.  Please make sure the shipping address is correct for each child as the address you input will be the address I use and I am not responsible for lost items or incorrect addresses. These will be shipped to you after you approve the proof, so please respond as soon as possible to any emails to prevent a delay in shipping your items, I will use the email you use in checkout.

The printed Easter Bunny Letter is enclosed in a linen-cotton envelope with the shipping information you provide. An example of the letter and envelope can be viewed in the photos. These are shipped via first-class stamps like a regular letter for authenticity. 

A proof is sent for your approval before printing, once approved these are non-refundable. If you change your mind before designing has started 50% is only refunded, as I have reserved a design spot for you. 





How Does This Work ? 

  • Select your size and Pdf / Jpeg or Printed in the drop down menus. You can select front only or front and back if it is available. Due to variations in monitor colors and printer ink colors, the colors of the file may be slightly different.

  • Printed Invites are Front Only or Front and Back so please select which one works best for you. Due to variations in monitor colors and printer ink colors, the colors of the file may be slightly different.
  • The items you are purchasing is either a digital file or a printed item, you will select which one you want in the drop down menus.
  • Design time is up to 1 week, if it takes longer I will contact you.
  • Rush orders can be accepted depending on the item and it $10 extra per file or item in addition to the price of the file or item. If you need rush shipping I will need to get an exact address to calculate the rush shipping charges.

  • Invitations, Business Cards, Posters, Birthday Stat Boards, Water Bottle Labels, Wine Labels, Liquor Labels, Stickers, Address Labels
    • these are on premium card stock or the appropriate label paper - I copy the wording you send so please double check your spelling and information to make sure it is correct. 
    • As of April 10,2020 the rate starts at $8.30 - USPS for Priority 2 Day Shipping (depending on where you live it could be longer)  my system is connected to the USPS for accurate pricing for your location. Shipping is Not Refundable
  • Backdrops and Banners - 
    • For Printed and Shipped Backdrops or Banners each is made of vinyl material material (14 oz. high tenacity polyester vinyl) and has exceeded the minimum requirements of the flame resistance established by the following tests : National Fire Protection Association
    • Our material has been treated with a flame-retardant chemical or are inherently noninflammable.
    • Shipping is Free on Backdrops at this time
  • Yard Signs - 
    • Price per sign goes down the more signs you order. For a better deal per sign you can order more signs. 
    • If you are placing a custom order for yard signs. A proof will be sent to you for approval. Once you order has been placed the signs will be printed and sent to you. There is a No Refund policy. If you have any questions before placing this order please contact me. Once you purchase the order it is considered an active custom order and is non refundable.
    • Please make sure you photo is a 300dpi file it can be jpg, pdf or png. If you are wanting a logo placed on the sign it should have a transparent background.
    • 10 to 50 Yard Signs with stands - shipping Free in USA
    • 100 Signs with stands - shipping is Free in USA 
  • Digital file design time is up to 1 week. (Not including weekends or Holidays)
  • Printed items design time is up to 1 week for printing and shipping. (Not including weekends or Holidays)
  • Your invitations and printed items will be sent  Priority Shipping through USPS. I will provide a tracking number once your item has shipped. Depending on your location, Holidays and weekends it could possibly take more than 2 days to arrive from the date it was shipped. ***Please be aware you only pay what the USPS charges.***
  • Please leave your event information in " Event Details", I will reserve a time to start designing your item once the information is received. If you change your mind and no longer want your order after it has been placed and I have not started working on it, you will receive a 50% refund, due to a design time being reserved for your order. If you change your mind after I have started working on your order, the entire order is non refundable. Please make sure you double check any spelling and grammar. The information you supply will be copied and pasted. *If your item is listed with photos to be added please upload them to the photo box, if you have any question you can send them via e-mail Elaine to InvitesandDelites@comcast.net .
    • Please let me know if you are printing with Vistaprint, Shutterfly, or any other online company as they do not always offer true 4x6 or 5x7 sizing. If changes to sizing are needed after you have approved and received the file there is a charge of 50% for resizing. If you need information changes there is a charge of 100% of the item price.

    • I will send you a proof once I have the design completed to get your approval.

    •  I allow up to 3 changes for free. Any additional changes will be a $2 per change fee.

    • For Digital Files - Once you approve your item I will send the approved file without a watermark to the e-mail address you provided when you purchased your item. These are non refundable.

    • For Shipped Items - Once you approve your item I will start the printing process and your order is non refundable at this time.
    • For Digital Files - If you need changes after the original file has been approve by you and e-mailed to you or downloaded by you, I do charge 50% the price of the item to make any revisions, if the revisions are date, time, locations or names the charge is 100% of the original price of the items, as I am recreate the invite with new information. 
    • For Printed Items I am not responsible for spelling or any other changes after you have approved your proof file for submission. If you need to make changes you will be charged 100% of the original cost and shipping, as your items are being printed.

    • Please read the listing carefully and ask any questions you may have before purchasing if you are unsure.
